Spend your days by the water on our 900-foot lighted fishing pier, walk the wetlands boardwalk, or launch a kayak. You can grab gear at nearby Poor Boy Bait or explore the unique crushed-shell shores of Magnolia Beach.

I love the place, it's very clean and each rv pad comes with a patio table, the beach is very nice, especially for young kids. You can walk about two blocks in and water goes only to knee high! Very recommended

So we occupied an already booked area 🤦🏾♀️😭 BUT we were saved by Jennifer & she was super amazing at helping out my friends and I make sure we had somewhere cool and comfortable to move to (it was actually an even better spot than where we initially were) and she came by to check on us to make sure we were doing fine. Can’t wait to visit and hopefully run into her again!
